LADY BULLSEYE (EARTH-7)

Biography 

Origin

 Xu Xialing was born into a family where power was treated as inheritance and violence as language. Her father, Xu Wenwu, the Mandarin, had built the Ten Rings into an international criminal empire, while her mother, Maki Matsumoto, served as one of his most feared assassins under the codename Lady Bullseye.

 Maki raised Xialing to survive rather than to inherit. She taught her daughter that loyalty was temporary, precision was everything, and the only person she could truly trust was herself.  Her father's attention, meanwhile, was distant and demanding. Xialing grew up understanding that she was valuable to him only as long as she remained useful. 

 When Maki eventually disappeared from her life, Xialing inherited both her mother's weapons and her identity. She became Lady Bullseye, carrying on a reputation that had already become feared in the criminal underworld.

Joining The Hand

Rather than remain entirely under the Mandarin's control, Xialing entered the service of the Hand, an ancient organization that recognized her potential as an assassin.

The Hand offered her something her father never did: independence. 

She rarely missed, never hesitated, and never allowed emotion to interfere with the mission. But the Hand did not know her real objective. Every contract brought her closer to something she wanted far more than another target.

Her father's downfall.

To everyone around her, Lady Bullseye remained one of the Mandarin's most useful servants. In secret, she began plotting his downfall.

Hiting the Target

 Xialing began manipulating the Hand from within, using her position to redirect resources, eliminate rivals, and interfere with operations connected to the Ten Rings.  Her greatest advantage was that Wenwu underestimated her.

He saw his daughter as another weapon that could eventually be brought back under his control. 

She began feeding information to enemies of the Ten Rings while eliminating anyone who could trace the sabotage back to her. The conflict between father and daughter became a war fought almost entirely through shadows.

She turned the Hand's resources against the Ten Rings, sabotaged her father's alliances, and exposed weaknesses that had remained hidden for decades. Every victory made Wenwu increasingly paranoid, until he finally understood that the enemy destroying his organization had been beside him all along.
