Early Life

Vivian and Constance D’Aramis were born into the world of science and industry, daughters of a leading researcher within the international divisions of Janus Cosmetics. The company, once devoted to perfumes and personal care, shifted drastically when Roman Sionis assumed control, issuing conflicting directives to its global branches. While the American division maintained its traditional production, the international sectors were pushed toward experimental technologies outlined in a new operational doctrine.

What emerged from these directives was far from cosmetic innovation. The processes described pointed toward biochemical applications—something far more dangerous than consumer products. It was within this environment that the twins’ mother conducted her work, unknowingly exposing herself to harmful substances over time. The result was a silent, incurable cancer that ultimately claimed her life.

Driven by grief and sharpened by vengeance, the twins chose not to confront Janus directly, but to surpass it.
